We have a 48 hours -day return policy for within Lagos and 4 days return policy from outside Lagos, which means you have 48 hours in Lagos and 3 days outside Lagos to request conditional exchange or return.
To be eligible for conditional exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
